摘 要:凤凰山矿XV1216巷受临近采面回采影响,巷道变形严重,传统的修巷方式不能满足正常的采掘接替。本次巷修确定采用综掘机及配套的装运设备进行施工,提高巷修机械化水平。通过制定详细的施工方案,从工艺、工序上减少了施工过程中的不安全因素,且提高了巷修质量及进度,满足了生产使用,为类似巷道快速修巷提供了解决方案。Roadway XV1216 in Fenghuangshan Mine is affected by the mining of the adjacent working face, so that the roadway deformation is serious. The traditional roadway repair method cannot contribute to mining continuity. This time, it is decided to use fully mechanized excavator and supporting loading equipment for construction to improve the level of mechanization of roadway repair. By making a detailed scheme, the unsafe factors in the construction process are reduced in terms of technology and procedure, and the quality and progress of roadway repair are improved, which meets the needs of production, and provides a solution for rapid roadway repair in similar roadways.
