摘 要:针对煤矿井下水泵房吸水井内煤泥易淤积、难清理的实际情况,利用井下压风做为动力,在水泵房吸水井内设计安装了防煤泥淤积装置,从根本上解决了水泵房吸水井煤泥的淤积问题,避免了因主排水泵吸水龙头淤堵无法排水事故的发生,消除了大量煤泥一次性进入真空多级泵毁坏叶轮和人工进入吸水井清淤存在的安全隐患。It is easy to silt and difficult to clean up for the coal slime in suction well of coal mine pump house. In view of the actual situation, an anti-siltation device is designed and installed in the suction well of the pump house by using underground pressure wind as power, fundamentally solving the siltation problem and avoiding the accident that occurs when the suction tap of the main drainage pump is blocked and the water cannot be drained off. It also eliminates the hidden danger that a large amount of sediment enters the vacuum multistage pump to destroy the impeller and ensures safety of workers who clear the silt in the suction well.
