摘　　要：机械行业中,机械零件加工普遍采用45^#均质化热处理工艺,通过对45^#热处理过程分析,改进均质化热处理工艺,有效解决了调质过程中常出现的硬度不均匀问题,具有较好的推广和借鉴价值。In the mechanical industry, 45^# homogenization heat treatment process is widely used in the machining of mechanical parts. Through the analysis of 45^# heat treatment process, the homogenization heat treatment process is improved, which effectively solves the problem of uneven hardness in the process of quenching and tempering, and has good promotion and reference value.
