摘  要:针对炭素煅烧炉的高温烟气排放的特点,结合炭素厂全厂的热量需求及电力消耗,选择合理的主蒸汽参数,有利于提高全厂的热经济型,减少全厂的投资及运行成本。通过对近年主流建设规模300 kt/a的炭素厂罐式煅烧炉匹配余热发电系统采用不同压力(2.45、3.82、5.3、9.8 MPa)的蒸汽参数的对比,分析了不同压力蒸汽参数对余热发电量、系统自用电、蒸汽管道选型等方面的影响,并对比了对应的净发电量及系统稳定性,得出300 kt/a规模炭素厂余热发电系统推荐的主蒸汽参数。In view of the characteristics of high temperature flue gas emission from Vertical Shaft Furnace(VSF)of Calcined Petroleum Coke(CPC),considering the heat demand and power consumption of the CPC plant,the selection of reasonable main steam parameters is conducive to improving the thermal efficiency of the whole plant and reducing the investment and operation cost of the whole plant.Through the comparison of steam parameters with different pressures(2.45,3.82,5.3,9.8 MPa)in the matching waste heat power generation system of the 300 kt/a VSFs,the influence of different pressure steam parameters on waste heat power generation,system self-power consumption and steam pipeline type selection is analyzed,and the recommended main steam parameters are obtained.
