摘 要:针对储煤筒仓中的储煤长时间堆积容易发生自燃的问题,文中搭建了储煤筒仓实验台,利用人工热源模拟自燃高温热源,对松散煤体温度场分布进行了实验研究。结果表明,储煤筒仓内松散煤体温度场分布与热源强度和热源位置相关,其中受热源强度影响较为明显;储煤升温响应时间随热源强度的变大而减小;减小测点与热源的距离有利于缩短响应时间。In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of long-term coal storage in silos,this paper builds an experimental table of coal storage silo.The artificial heat source is used to simulate high temperature heat source of spontaneous combustion,and temperature field distribution of the loose coal body is investigated.The results show that temperature field distribution of the loose coal body in silos is related to many factors,such as heat source intensity and distance etc.Meanwhile,the influence of heat source intensity on it is more obvious.The response time of temperature increase of coal decreases when heat resource intensity augments.Decreasing the distance of measuring points with heat resource is beneficial to shorter the response time.
