摘　　要：分析各类3D打印材料的特性,并结合实际项目进行打印验证。项目采用弘瑞H2型桌面级打印机和SparkMaker FHD光固化3D打印机,分别打印2种不同的3D打印材料,对打印出的零件进行安装和质量跟踪,针对存在的问题进行分析并加以解决。结果表明:3D打印材料的理论特性与在实际应用中产生的变化是一致的,分析与解决项目的方法是可行的,从而为从事3D打印技术的操作人员提供相应的参考。This paper analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of 3D printing materials,and conducts printing verification in combination with actual projects.The project adopts Hongrui H2 desktop printer and SparkMaker FHD light curing 3D printer to print two different 3D printing materials separately,then installs the printed parts and tracks their quality,and analyzes and solves the existing problems.The results show that the theoretical characteristics of 3D printing materials are consistent with the changes in practical application,and the analysis and solution of the project is feasible,and then provide corresponding reference for operators engaged in 3D printing technology.
