摘　　要：江苏省河湖和水利工程面广量大、类型众多,目前管理范围划定工作尚无成熟的理论和成果可借用。本文根据江苏省河湖和水利工程管理范围划定实施情况,阐述工作思路,总结顶层设计流程,并归纳工作重点和难点,为其他地区河湖和水利工程管理范围划定提供借鉴。The river, lake and water conservancy projects in Jiangsu Province cover a wide range and many types. There are no mature theories and achievements for the delineation of the management scope at present. The working idea is described in the paper according to the implementation of river, lake and water conservancy project management scope demarcation in Jiangsu Province. The top-level design process is summarized. The key points and difficulties of the work are concluded, thereby providing reference for rivers, lakes and water conservancy project management scope demarcation in other areas.
