摘　　要：中古时期的平城,是拓跋鲜卑人建立的北魏都城所在。北魏在向汉地制度靠拢过程中,从根本上改变了少数民族政权的传统走向,为民族融合与社会发展打下了制度化基础。在中古混乱的局面下,北魏广纳中原乐工于平城,大力推行改革,使自身音乐文化获得了本质性的变化和卓有成效的建设,随着民族频繁交往,胡俗诸乐部咸来会集于平城,为隋唐音乐艺术发展打下制度与文化的基础。Pingcheng was the capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty established by the Tuoba Xianbei people in the Chinese Middle Ages(3rd-9th centuty).In the process of approaching the Handi system,the Northern Wei Dynasty fundamentally changed the traditional trend of political power of ethnic groups and laid the institutional foundation for national integration and social development.In the chaotic situation of the Middle Ages,the Northern Wei gathered music workers in Pingcheng and vigorously promoted reforms,which enabled their music culture to undergo essential changes and fruitful construction.With the frequent exchanges between the ethnic groups,the Hu folk music bands were gathered,therefore,laid the foundation for the development of music and art in Sui and Tang Dynasties.
