摘　　要：介绍了焦化粗苯加氢装置中预加氢催化剂的使用原理,分析了预加氢催化剂装填、干燥、硫化、原料指标、操作条件等因素对催化剂影响。为了提高催化剂活性和延长催化剂使用寿命,降低工业运行成本,提出了催化剂在各操作环节的注意事项。The principle of pre-hydrogenation catalyst in coking crude benzene hydrogenation unit was introduced.The effects of pre-hydrogenation catalyst loading,drying,vulcanization,raw material index and operating conditions on the catalyst were analyzed.In order to improve the activity of the catalyst and prolong the service life of the catalyst and reduce the operating cost of the industry,the precautions of the catalyst in each operation are proposed.
