摘　　要：高职院校教师定期深入企业进行实践,能提高教师专业教学水平和实践能力,对学院的发展有着深远的影响。本文从提高教学水平、增强学院竞争力、深化课程改革、促进校企合作几个方面对教师进行企业实践的必要性进行阐述。Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges regularly go to enterprises to practice,which can improve teachers'professional teaching level and practical ability,and have a far-reaching impact on the development of colleges.This paper expounds the necessity of teachers'enterprise practice from the aspects of improving teaching level,enhancing the competitiveness of colleges,deepening curriculum reform and promoting school-enterprise cooperation.
