比较2微米前列腺剜除术与前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的一项回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的 比较2μm前列腺剜除术与前列腺电切术(TURP)两种微创手术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法 回顾性分析进行前列腺手术的224例患者临床资料,其中2μm激光前列腺剜除术118例,TURP术106例,两组比较术中手术持续时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置尿管时间、并发症、住院时间等方面的差异。结果 两者在术中手术持续时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置尿管时间、并发症、住院时间等方面有统计学差异。结论 2μm激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生较TURP更安全有效。Objective To compare the effects of 2 micron prostate enucleation and electroprostatectomy(TURP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The 224 patients were enrolled in this study.Among them 106 patients received TURP,whereas 118 patients received 2 micron continuous wave-laser enucleation of the prostate.Operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,irrigation time,catheterization time,postoperative complication,hospitalization time of between both groups were compared each other.Results There was a statastic differences in operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,irrigation time,catheter-free time,postoperative complication,hospitalization time between both groups.Conclusions The 2 micron continuous wave-laser enucleation of the prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is more safe and effective than TURP.
