摘  要:以往对铁质文物的防护没有系统地将缓蚀剂研究与封护剂研究结合起来。为此,采用NaCl溶液浸泡的方法研究了磷酸氢二钠、BTA和由环己胺、单宁酸、钼酸钠组成的复合缓蚀剂对铁质基体的缓蚀效果;通过盐水浸泡试验检验了B72、微晶石蜡和由BTA、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙醇组成的复合封护剂对磷酸氢二钠缓蚀后铁基体的封护效果;通过电位极化曲线的测量研究了铁基体表面分别在缓蚀剂和封护剂作用下的电化学行为;采用中性盐雾腐蚀试验验证了磷酸氢二钠缓蚀后3种封护剂的耐腐蚀效果。结果表明:磷酸氢二钠的缓蚀效果最好,微晶石蜡的封护效果最佳。两者联用能极大地提高铁基体的抗蚀能力,可以满足铁质文物的保护要求。The inhibition effects of disodium hydrogen phosphate,BTA and compound corrosion inhibitor composed of cyclohexylamine,tannic acid and sodium molybdate on iron substrate were studied by Na Cl solution immersion method. The sealing effects of B72,microcrystalline wax and the compound sealing agent composed of BTA,polyvinyl butyral and ethanol after disodium hydrogen phosphate protecting were tested by the same immersion method. The electrochemical behavior of corrosion inhibitor and sealing agent was studied by the measurement of potential polarization curve,and the inhibition effects of three kinds of sealing agent after disodium hydrogen phosphate protecting were investigated by the salt spray testing. Results showed that disodium hydrogen phosphate and microcrystalline wax were better than the other testing corrosion inhibitors and sealing agents. The combination of the two greatly improved the corrosion resistance of iron substrate,meeting the requirement of protecting iron cultural relics.
