摘  要:针对现有拉幅定形机对布匹在烘干定形过程中由于风力不匀造成的产品质量和手感达不到客户需求这一问题,设计了一种新型的风管,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件中的CFD流场模块对风管中的热风流速和压力进行分析,并对新型风管形状、尾端尺寸及风嘴形状3个方面与原有风管进行了对比分析。结果表明,新型风管能够在烘房中为布匹的烘干定形提供更加均匀的热风,结构更为合理,为今后拉幅定形机烘房风管的结构设计提供参考。In view of the quality and handle of the product caused by the uneven wind power which can’t meet the customer’s demand in the process of drying and shaping of the existing stenter setting machine,it designed a new type of air duct and analyzed the hot air flow rate and pressure in the air duct using CFD flow field module with ANSYS finite element,and compared the original duct shape with the new duct shape,tail end size and tuyere shape.The results show that the new air duct can provide more uniform hot air for the drying and shaping of the cloth in the drying room,and the structure is more reasonable,which will provide reference for the structural design of the air duct of the tenter setting oven in the future.
