摘  要:文中建立了气相色谱-质谱同时测定纺织品中5种苯酚类化合物含量的检测方法。通过优化影响测定方法的主要因素,确定了气相色谱和质谱的条件、样品提取方法及乙酰化条件。结果表明,在信噪比为10的条件下,方法定量限为0.05~0.20μg/g,平均回收率为84.6%~108.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为2.6%~7.2%;该方法灵敏度和准确度高、重现性好,适用于纺织品中5种苯酚类化合物含量的分析检测。In this paper,a method was developed for the simultaneous determination of five phenol compounds in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The main factors influencing the determination including conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,extracting methods and acetylation conditions were optimized.The results show that the quantification limits were 0.05~0.20μg/g at signal to noise rate of ten,the average recoveries were from 84.6% to 108.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=7)were 2.6%~7.2%.The developed method was successfully applied in the determination of these five phenol compounds in textiles.
