摘　　要：针对石油化工行业中过硫酸钾强氧化剂所造成的管道腐蚀问题,本文通过电化学工作站精确研究金属的腐蚀速率与耐腐蚀能力,优选出高效、环保的缓蚀剂。研究结果表明:硫脲、咪唑啉、吐温80对N80钢都具有很好的缓蚀作用。且二元复配的硫脲-咪唑啉、硫脲-吐温-80,均具有很好的配伍性,且二元缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能优于单一药剂使用条件下的缓蚀性能。最终优选出缓蚀剂配方为:2%咪唑啉+2%吐温-80+0.5%硫脲,腐蚀速率为15.86mm·a^-1,缓蚀效率为61.2%,具有较好的应用效果。The corrosion problem caused by potassium persulfate strong oxidant in petrochemical industry is serious.In this paper,the corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of metal were studied by electrochemical workstation,and the corrosion inhibitor with high efficiency and environmental protection was selected.The results showed that thiourea,imidazoline and Twain 80 has good corrosion inhibition.Thiourea and two compound imidazoline and thiourea-Twain 80,has good compatibility;corrosion inhibitor is better than two yuan of its corrosion inhibition performance under the condition of single agent;final inhibitor formula is as follow:2%imidazoline+2%Twain 80+0.5%thiourea,the corrosion rate is 15.86mm·a^-1.The inhibition efficiency is 61.2%,which has good anticorrosion performance.
