摘  要:NaHSO4与H2SO4可作酯化反应的催化剂,本文研究了以硬脂酸和正己醇为原料,NaHSO4-浓H2SO4为复合催化剂合成硬脂酸己酯。最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比n硬脂酸∶n正己醇为1∶1.45,催化剂用量为0.65g,复合催化剂中NaHSO4与浓H2SO4的比为1∶0.14,反应时间125min,酯化率高达99.68%。The sodium bisulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid can be used as a catalyst for esterification.Using acetic acid and n-hexyl alcoho as raw material,sodium bisulfate and sulfuric acid catalyst for the synthesis of n-hexyl alcoho stearate compound were studied.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:acid molar ratio n(sulfuric acid)∶n(n-hexyl alcohol)was 1∶1.45,the amount of catalyst 0.65g,Complex catalyst in concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfate ratio of 1∶0.14,and the reaction time was one hundred and twenty minutes(125min).Esterification rate can be up to 99.68%.
