摘 要:以聚马来酸酐为主的无磷无锌有机预膜剂(PF102)对碳钢进行表面预膜,采用腐蚀失重法研究预膜液pH值、预膜温度及预膜时间对缓蚀效果的影响,并探讨其预膜机理。确定碳钢预膜的最佳处理工艺条件为:预膜液pH值为6;预膜温度为25℃(室温);预膜时间为24h。经过PF102预膜后,碳钢的腐蚀速率从1.3286mm·a^-1下降到0.0392mm·a^-1,电化学阻抗研究也表明,预膜对碳钢表面的腐蚀过程具有明显的抑制作用,电荷传质电阻显著增加,有效提升了碳钢的耐蚀性。Surface prefilm of carbon steel was obtained by polymaleic anhydride as main organic pre-membrane agent without phosphorus and zinc.The study focuses on the effects of pH,temperature and duration of prefilming liquid by using rotating plate method.Finally,the best processing conditions for determining the carbon steel prefilm were:prefilming liquid pH is 6,the temperature is 25℃(room temperature),the duration is 24h.After the pre-filming treatment with PF102,the corrosion rate of carbon steel dropped from 1.3286mm·a^-1 to 0.0392mm·a^-1.Based on electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy,the corrosion of carbon steel surface could be effectively inhibited by the deposition film,as indicated by substantial increase in electron-transfer resistance.The corrosion resistance of carbon steel was improved effectively.
