摘　　要：介绍一种适用于氯碱生产企业的膜法除硝处理装置。采用这种先进的膜法除硝装置替代现有的钡法除硝,可以避免人员中毒,减少硫酸钡盐泥排放,节约生产成本。吉林石化电石厂实践证明,该装置能满足烧碱装置的需要。A kind of membrane-process sulfate removal unit is introduced.This unit is suitable for chlor-alkali production enterprises.The advanced membrane-process sulfate removal unit is proposed to replace the existing barium-process sulfate removal unit so as to avoid human being poisoned,reduce the discharge of barium sulfate mud and save production costs.The practice of Jilin Petrochemical Calcium Carbide Plant has proved that the unit can meet the needs of caustic soda production.
