摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度计等手段,研究了200~600℃回火温度对ZG5Cr17Ni2马氏体不锈钢组织转变及硬度的影响,讨论了二次回火对其组织及硬度的改变。结果表明,在500℃以下回火,组织由回火马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物+莱氏体+新淬马氏体组成,硬度呈马鞍状分布,在500℃时硬度(HRC)达到最大值(50)进一步提高回火温度至600℃时,马氏体分解,转变为回火索氏体,硬度(HRC)快速降至36。在500℃二次回火后,残余奥氏体量减少,二次碳化物析出增多,硬度变化不大。The effects of tempering temperature at 200~600 ℃ on microstructure and hardness of ZG5Cr17Ni2 martensitic stainless steel were investigated by means of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Rockwell hardness tester.The changes of microstructure and hardness of the ZG5Cr17Ni2 martensitic stainless steel during the second tempering were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure is composed of tempered martensite+retained austenite+carbides+ledeburite and new quenched martensite with tempering less than 500℃.The hardness distribution presents in saddle shape,and the maximum value is 50 HRC at 500℃.When the tempering temperature is 600℃,the martensite is decomposed to form tempered sorbite,and the hardness is rapidly reduced to 36 HRC.After the second tempering at 500 ℃,the retained austenite is decreased and the carbide precipitation is increased,however the hardness has a little change for second tempering.
