摘  要:针对VW63Z稀土耐热镁合金舱体铸件的结构及技术难点,进行了铸造工艺分析。利用ProCAST软件对其铸造工艺进行数值仿真,模拟了铸造缺陷并进行了原因分析,发现铸造过程中易在舱体厚大部位、厚壁过渡区域等热节处产生缩松、缩孔。根据模拟结果优化了铸造工艺参数,由直浇道、"十"字形横浇道及立筒缝隙浇道组成的浇注系统充型平稳,补缩良好。采用差压铸造工艺浇注出了品质优良的舱体铸件。The casting process was nalyzed for the structural and technical difficulties of VW63Z heat resistant rare earth-magnesium alloy cabin.The ProCAST software was applied to simulate the filling and solidification field of the casting process,and the origination of casting defect was described.Shrinkage porosity(holes)can be visualized at the hot spot of thick-large location and transition zone of thick wall of the cabin.Based on the simulated results,the casting parameters were optimized.The gating system composed of sprue,+shape runner and vertical cylinder slit gating presents stable filling effects with desirable feeding effects.Differential pressure casting can produce the qualified cabin.
