摘 要:采用浇铸法制备出具有不同质量比的羊毛角蛋白/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混膜,通过加载药物甲硝唑,研究了其药物缓释性能。结果表明,当羊毛角蛋白与聚乙烯醇的质量比为1∶9时,共混膜光滑平整、致密均匀,抗拉强度最好,溶胀率最大。FTIR测定分析表明,角蛋白和聚乙烯醇属于物理混合。药物缓释测试结果显示,羊毛角蛋白/聚乙烯醇(PVA)载药共混膜具有药物缓释功能,且随着羊毛角蛋白含量的增加,载药共混膜的药物缓释能力增强。The wool keratin/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)blend membrane with different mass ratios is prepared by casting method,and the drug is loaded with metronidazole.The drug sustained-release function is studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of wool keratin to polyvinyl alcohol is 1∶9,the blend membrane is smooth and uniform with the best tensile strength and the highest swelling ratio.FTIR analysis shows that keratin and polyvinyl alcohol belong to Physical mixing.The drug sustained-release test results show that wool keratin/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)drug-loaded blend membrane has drug sustained-release function,and with the increase of wool keratin content,the drug-loaded blend membrane could improve the drug sustained-release ability.
