摘 要:针对当前牦牛绒纤维提取率低,纤维长度损伤率大,无毛绒含粗率、含杂率高等问题,参照羊绒分梳机的分梳机理,结合牦牛绒纤维的特点,从分梳机的分梳流程设计、分梳机组件参数设计、分梳机工艺参数设计3个方面入手,设计出一款专门用于牦牛绒的生产设备--牦牛绒联合分梳机。牦牛原绒经梳理后,无毛绒纤维损伤率为7.9%,纤维提取率为93%,平均含粗率为0.8%,平均含杂率为0.7%,短绒率小于1%。由试验结果可见,经该牦牛绒联合分梳机分梳后,牦牛绒纤维提取率增加,损伤率降低,无毛绒含粗率、含杂率下降。Based on the carding mechanism of cashmere comber and the characteristics of yak cashmere fiber,a special equipment for the production of yak cashmere is designed from the carding process design,the carding unit parameter design and the carding process parameter design of the carder.After combing the yak raw velvet,the non-wool fiber damage rate is 7.9%,the fiber extraction rate is 93%,the average crudeness ratio is 0.8%,the average impurity content is 0.7%,and the velvet rate is less than 1%.It can be seen from the test results that after the combing of the yak-wool combined carding machine,the extraction rate of the yak wool fiber increases,the damage rate decreases,and the coarseness and the impurity content of the velvet decrease.
