摘  要:目的探讨中国人群血尿酸水平对不合并糖尿病的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者远期预后的影响。方法连续纳入住院诊断为STEMI不合并糖尿病患者588例,随访(32.07±10.75)个月后,采用COX回归分析与急性心肌梗死不合并糖尿病患者主要不良心血管事件(MACEs)相关的独立危险因素。结果单因素COX回归分析显示年龄、心率、合并高血压及陈旧性心肌梗死病史、尿酸、Gensini评分与急性心肌梗死后MACE相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素COX回归分析显示血尿酸水平与急性STEMI不合并糖尿病患者MACE独立相关(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平是无糖尿病STEMI患者远期预后不良的独立相关危险因素。Objective To investigate the effect of serum uric acid level on long-term prognosis of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)without diabetes.Methods A total of 588 patients with acute STEMI without diabetes were enrolled.The mean duration of follow-up was(32.07±10.75)months.COX regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors associated with major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)after acute myocardial infarction.Results Univariate COX regression analysis showed that age,heart rate,serum uric acid level,Gensini score,hypertension and prior MI history were associated with MACE in patients with acute STEMI without diabetes(P<0.05).Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that serum uric acid level was independently associated with MACE in patients with acute STEMI without diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid level is an independent risk factor for poor long-term prognosis in patients with acute STEMI without diabetes.
