摘　　要：二十一世纪初期,白细胞介素-34(interleukin-34,IL-34)被发现。在生理环境下,IL-34仅分别作为朗格汉斯细胞和小胶质细胞的调节因子表达于表皮和中枢神经系统。但在病理条件下,IL-34参与多类疾病的炎症反应和免疫反应调节,通过特定的信号传导通路。很多心血管疾病通常有该方面的表现,大量研究表明,在一些心血管疾病如心力衰竭、冠心病、缺血性心肌病及其相关合并症中,IL-34表达均显著升高。本文主要围绕IL-34的一般特性、生物学活性及其与心血管疾病的关系作一综述,拟为心血管疾病的诊断、病情评估与治疗等带来一定的启发和帮助。IL-34 has been found at the beginning of the 21 st century.In the physiological environment,IL-34 is only expressed in the epidermis and central nervous system as a regulator of langerhans cells and microglia cells,respectively.However,under pathological conditions of many cardiovascular diseases,IL-34 is involved in the regulation of inflammatory and immune responses in multiple diseases through specific signaling pathways.Numerous studies have shown that IL-34 expression is significantly increased in some cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,coronary heart disease,ischemic cardiomyopathy and related complications.This article mainly focuses on the general characteristics,biological activity of IL-34 and its relationship with cardiovascular diseases.It is intended to bring some inspiration and to help for the diagnosis,disease assessment and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
