摘 要:近廿年来,超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles,SPION)作为磁共振对比剂、干细胞示踪剂、细胞及基因等治疗物质载体,在心血管疾病诊断与治疗领域展现了广阔的应用前景和巨大的临床转化潜力,与此同时其安全性正日益引起重视。本文重点综述SPION在心血管领域的应用现状、安全性担忧和未来的展望。Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPION)is an emerging nanomaterial with nanometer diameter and superparamagnetism.It is mainly used in the cardiovascular field for transplantation cell tracer,magnetic resonance imaging,drug carrier,gene and cell targeting,tissue engineering and other biomedical experiments and clinical studies.Therefore,SPION may play an important part in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and have wide application prospect and great clinical transformation potential.However,with the increasing application of SPION in the cardiovascular field,its safety is receiving more and more attention.This paper mainly reviews the iron oxide nanoparticles as MRI contrast agent,stem cell markers,the application of drug carrier in the field of cardiovascular,as well as the challenges and development prospects in the cardiovascular field.
