摘　　要：循经远取动法是以传统经络循行学说为基础,根据疼痛部位特点和辨证归经治疗痛证的方法。该方法包括针刺和运动两个要素。针刺手法上多次行针,行提插捻转重刺激,在针刺穴位的同时嘱患者做不同的运动催促经气的运行。循经远取动法操作的独特之处在于医患互动、针穴与经脉互动、近端与远端互动、经脉与病所互动,催促、引导经气到达病所。循经远取动法取穴特点是循病经、远而取之。其取穴特点符合"经脉所过,主治所及"的辨经取穴原则。循经远取动法以标本根结为理论基础,标-本、结-根两极相对取穴最为奏效,意在标本兼治。Based on the traditional meridian circulation theory,Xunjing Yuanqu Dongfa is a method to treat pain syndrome according to the characteristics of pain site and syndrome differentiation. The method includes two elements of acupuncture and exercises.In the acupuncture technique,the acupuncture is performed many times,and the acupuncture points are stimulated by lifting,thrusting and twisting. At the same time,the patients are asked to do different exercises to promote the movement of meridians and qi. The unique features of the operation of the method of Xunjing Yuanqu Dongfa are the interaction between doctors and patients,the interaction between acupuncture points and meridians,the interaction between the near end and the far end,the interaction between meridians and the place of disease,urging and guiding meridians to reach the place of disease. The feature of acupoint selection by the method of moving along meridians far is to select acupoints far away from diseases. The characteristics of acupoint selection conform to the principle of " where the meridians pass,it can cure the disease". Based on the theory of the root and branch,the manifestation and root cause,the two poles of the manifestation and root cause,the knot and the branch are the most effective,aiming to treat both the manifestation and root cause.
