夜间哮喘的中西医诊治探讨

摘　　要：目前,西医治疗夜间哮喘主要以激素为主,但其不良反应大,患者依从性差。应用中西医结合的方法治疗夜间哮喘,疗效较好。具体经验为:中药辨证治疗,主要代表方为乌梅丸;中西医结合肺康复,包括呼吸导引操、八段锦、六字诀、弹力带操、四肢联动等,由专业医生及护士测定运动功能及制定个体化运动方案指导训练;脏腑推拿联合中药热罨包及体外膈肌起搏,可促进腹部气血循环、调整气机、温通经络、活血理气,从而改善膈肌循环,消除膈肌疲劳,增加潮气量,改善肺通气功能;"三穴五针法",通过中医针灸能有效缓解气道阻塞程度,改善肺功能。At present,the main treatment of night asthma by western medicine is hormone,but its adverse reactions are large and patients’ compliance is poor. The method of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nocturnal asthma is effective. Specific experience: Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the main representative of Wumei pill;pulmonary rehabilitation with integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,including respiratory guidance exercises,Baduanjin,Liuzijue,elastic band exercises,limb linkage,etc.,is conducted by professional doctors and nurses to determine motor function and formulate individualized exercise program to guide training. The combination of zang-fu viscera massage and Chinese medicine hot package and external diaphragm pacing can promote the circulation of qi and blood in the abdomen,adjust the qi movement,warm the channels and collaterals,activate blood circulation and regulate qi,so as to improve the diaphragm circulation,eliminate the diaphragm fatigue,increase the tidal volume and improve the pulmonary ventilation function. " Three Acupoints and Five Needles Method",acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively alleviate airway obstruction and improve lung function.
