益气活血法通过自噬-线粒体-细胞凋亡途径对心力衰竭的调控作用

摘　　要：益气活血法可调节心肌细胞自噬,改善心肌细胞线粒体功能,干预心肌细胞凋亡途径,即通过自噬-线粒体-细胞凋亡途径对心力衰竭起到调控作用。临床治疗心力衰竭时,应将心血管系统疾病的关注点放到心肌细胞本身,转变以往以抗动脉粥样硬化等为主的治疗策略,从而将保护心肌细胞作为治疗的中心。Benefiting qi for activating blood circulation method can regulate the autophagy of cardiomyocytes,improve the mitochondrial function of cardiomyocytes,and intervene the apoptotic pathway of cardiomyocytes,that is to say,it can regulate the heart failure through autophagy-mitochondria-apoptosis pathway. In the clinical treatment of heart failure,the focus of cardiovascular diseases should be placed on the cardiomyocytes themselves,and the former treatment strategies,such as anti atherosclerosis,should be changed,so as to put the protection of cardiomyocytes in the center of treatment.
