摘　　要：基于"整合信息"的研究工具全面评估中药复方的"多靶点"疗效是研究热点。从整体水平研究脑网络的"整合"及"分离"特征,直接在患者身上对脑的功能活动状态从系统水平进行信息定位,符合中药复方多靶点治疗的学术范式,在评价中医药治疗神经精神疾病疗效方面具有广阔的运用前景。目前,在情感性疾病的中医药疗效研究中,磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术得到了初步的探索性研究,但都局限于局部脑功能和环路异常的研究层面,尚未发现大尺度的脑网络研究。引入多模态功能核磁共振技术作为疗效评价手段,是中医药主动拥抱新技术、新方法的创新举措,为中医药治疗情志病机制研究提供了较新的视角和方向,其可视化显示技术,为中医药国际化学术交流提供了一个可沟通的学术范式及平台,值得进一步深入探讨。Comprehensive evaluation of " multi-target" efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions based on " integrated information" research tools is a research hotspot. To study the characteristics of " integration" and " separation" of brain network from the whole level and directly locate the functional state of brain in patients from the system level conform to the academic paradigm of multi-target therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and has broad application prospects in evaluating the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on neuropsychiatric diseases. At present,functional magnetic resonance imaging( fMRI) technology has been preliminarily explored in the study of therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on affective diseases,but it is limited to the study of local brain function and abnormal circulation,and no large-scale brain network has been found. Introducing multi-modal functional magnetic resonance technology as a means of evaluation of curative effect is an innovative measure for TCM to embrace new technologies and methods actively. It provides a new perspective and direction for the study of mechanism of TCM treatment of emotional disorders. Its visualization display technology provides a communicable academic paradigm and platform for international academic exchanges of TCM,which deserves further discussion.
