摘　　要：目的:通过构建模型预测内蒙古自治区2020-2025年城镇职工医疗保险统筹基金的收支趋势,为进一步完善医疗保险制度提出政策建议。方法:根据城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金收入来源和支出方向,构建基金收入和支出精算模型,收集公开统计数据进行实证研究。结果:2020-2025年内蒙古自治区城镇职工基本医疗保险基金当期的收入足以用于支出,符合"收支平衡,略有结余"的原则,不会出现财务危机。结论:2020-2025年内蒙古自治区城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金健康可持续,建议完善筹集机制,提高待遇水平,改革医保支付方式,提高统筹层次。Objective:To predict the income and expenditure trends of urban employee’medical insurance pooling funds in Inner Mongolia from 2020 to 2025,and propose policy recommendations for further improving the medical insurance system.Methods:According to the income source and expenditure direction of urban employee basic medical insurance coordination fund,the fund income and expenditure actuarial model were constructed,and public statistics were collected for empirical research.Results:From 2020 to 2025,the income of Inner Mongolia urban employee basic medical insurance fund in the current period was sufficient for expenditure,which was in line with the principle of"balance of income and expenditure,a slight balance",and there would be no financial crisis.Conclusion:From 2020 to 2025,the Inner Mongolia urban employee basic medical insurance coordination fund was healthy and sustainable.It was recommended to improve the mechanism for raising funds,improve the treatment level,reform the payment method of medical insurance,and improve the level of overall planning.
