摘  要:为增强增韧回收高密度聚乙烯(RHDPE),采用硅烷偶联剂(SCA)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-PE)对杨木纤维(PF)进行了协同表面改性,考察了改性剂配比对协同改性PF填充RHDPE复合材料(RHDPE/SCA-PF/MAH-g-PE)力学性能的影响,并对复合材料的结晶性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入MAH-g-PE后,复合材料的拉伸与冲击性能明显提升,同时,材料的熔融温度提升、结晶温度下降,并出现晶区紊乱、晶粒尺寸差异较大的现象。非等温结晶动力学研究结果显示,当MAH-g-PE添加量超过临界值时,能够抑制PF在基体中的异相成核,促使HDPE形成更加完善的结晶。In order to reinforce and toughen the recycled high density polyethylene(RHDPE), the surface of poplar fiber(PF) was synergetic modified by silane coupling agent(SCA) and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAH-g-PE) with different ratios. The mechanical and crystallization properties of the RHDPE composites filled with synergetic modified PF(RHDPE/SCA-PF/MAH-g-PE) were researched. The results show that: the tensile and impact performances of the composites increase obviously after adding MAH-g-PE, the melting temperature rises, the crystallization temperature reduces, and shows disordered crystalline and inconsistent crystal size. The research on non-isothermal crystallization kinetics indicates that the heterogeneous nucleation of PF can be restrained and the crystal perfection of HDPE improves when the MAHg-PE content exceeds the critical value.
