摘  要:研究了耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)管材料L5050的分子结构与性能,并将其与进口同类原料进行了对比。结果表明,与同类型进口料相比,PE-RT管材料L5050的相对分子质量略低,分子量分布宽,支化度高,流动性好,更易于加工。SSA热分级结果表明,共聚单体在L5050主链中的分布比进口料略宽,L5050易结晶部分分子链中共聚单体的含量比进口料略低,进而造成L5050高温熔融峰级分含量高于进口料、片晶厚度略大于进口料。L5050能够满足GB/T 28799.2-2012对原料的要求,可以用于加工各种型号的PE-RT管材。The molecular structure and properties of polyethylene of raised temperature resistance(PE-RT) pipe material L5050 are introduced and compared with imported counterpart. The results show that the PE-RT pipe material L5050 has slightly lower molecular weight, wider molecular weight distribution, higher degree of branching, better fluidity, and is easier to process than imported materials. The results of SSA thermal classification show that the distribution of comonomers in the polyethylene chain of L5050 is slightly wider than that of the imported material, and the content of comonomers in the molecular chain that easier to crystallize of L5050 is slightly lower than that of the imported material, resulting in higher fraction content of high temperature melting peak and higher lamellae thickness than the imported material. The PE-RT pipe material L5050 can meet the requirements of GB/T 28799.2- 2012 for raw materials and can be used to process various types of PE-RT pipes.
