摘  要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)、再生PVC/聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)为基体,加入三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)、氯化石蜡-70阻燃剂,钙锌复合稳定剂,氯化聚乙烯(CPE)增韧剂,硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、石蜡润滑剂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)增塑剂,碳酸钙填充剂,钛白粉着色剂制备了绝缘电工套管材料。通过研究各组分对绝缘电工套管材料性能的影响,确立了绝缘电工套管材料配方。测试结果表明:该绝缘电工套管材料的冲击强度为75.9 k J/m2,拉伸强度为18.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为13.1%,体积电阻为3.69×1010Ω,氧指数为46.8%。Insulated electrical bushing material were prepared with polyvinyl chloride(PVC), recycled PVC/polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC) as matrix, and antimony trioxide(Sb2O3), paraffin chloride-70 flame retardant, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, CPE toughening agent, stearic acid, zinc stearate, paraffin lubricant, dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP) plasticizer, calcium carbonate filler and titanium white colorant were added simultaneously. The formula of the insulated electrical bushing material was established by studying the effect of each component on the performance of insulated electrical bushing. The test results show that the impact strength of the insulated electrical bushing material is 75.9 k J/m2, the tensile strength is 18.9 MPa, the elongation at break is 13.1%, the volume resistance is 3.69×1010 Ω, and the oxygen index is 46.8%.
