摘 要:针对透明FEP塑料(全氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物)的焊接,采用波长1 700 nm的半导体激光器作为加工热源(FEP塑料对这种波段的激光吸收率最高,无需添加吸光剂,激光可以直接将透明的两层塑料焊接在一起)。通过正交试验及焊接试件剪切力试验得到最优工艺条件,即:激光功率30 W,焊接速度30 mm/s,离焦量2 mm,对应试件的焊缝剪切力(焊接强度)达到25 N。正交试验结果表明,影响焊接强度的首要因素为焊接速度,其次为激光功率,最后为离焦量。Aiming at the welding of transparent FEP plastic(fluorinated ethylene propylene), the diode laser with wavelength of 1 700 nm was used as heat source(the absorptivity of transparent FEP plastic for 1 700 nm laser was highest, and laser can weld two coats of plastic directly without adding absorbance agent). Through orthogonal experiment and shearing force testing, the maximum shearing force(25 N) was obtained, when laser power was 30 W, welding speed was 30 mm/s, defocusing amount was 2 mm. The analysis result of orthogonal experiment showed that the chief factors for shearing force was welding speed, the second was laser power, the third was defocusing amount.
