摘 要:建立了卡式炉-卡尔费休法测定再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片水分的方法。对称样量、加热温度、加热时间、载气流速等条件进行了优化,得到以下最佳测试条件:样品量约2 g,加热温度150℃,加热时间15 min,载气流速80 ml/min。与FZ/T 51008-2014标准方法相比,本方法操作过程简单,水分测量结果更准确可靠,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.32%,加标回收率在82.3%~108.8%之间,可应用于实际样品的快速检测。A determination method of moisture in recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET) flakes by Oven samplechanger-Karl fischer method was established. The sample weight, heating temperature, heating time and carrier gas velocity were optimized, and the best test conditions were obtained as follows: sample weight was about 2 g, the heating temperature was 150℃, the heating time was 15 min, and the carrier gas velocity was 80 ml/min. Compared with FZ/T 51008-2014 standard, the method has simple operation process, meanwhile, more accurate and reliable moisture measurement results can be obtained by this method. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method is 2.32%, and the standard recovery are in the range from 82.3% to 108.8%. This method can be applied to the rapid detection of practical samples.
