摘　　要：重症肌无力是一种神经肌肉接头传递障碍的神经免疫性疾病,西医治疗以抗乙酰胆碱酯酶、免疫治疗为主,患者需长期服用药物控制病情。重症肌无力发病不限年龄,男女老幼皆可发病,尤以中青年女性居多。文章从病位病性、辨证论治、病案等方面阐述总结了陈卫银教授中药治疗该病的临床经验。Myasthenia gravis(MG)is a neuro-immune disease with neuromuscular junction dysfunction.Western medicine treatment mainly includes anti-acetylcholineste-rase and immunotherapy.Patients need to take long-term drugs to control their condition.The onset of myasthenia gravis is not limited to age.It can occur in both men and women,young and old,especially in young and middle-aged women.This article summarizes Professor Chen Weiyin’s clinical experience from the aspects of female physiological characteristics,disease location and nature,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medical records.
