补中益气汤治疗老年全髋关节置换术后气虚发热的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤治疗老年全髋关节置换术后气虚发热的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月行全髋关节置换术,术后气虚发热的病人60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规温水擦浴,在体温高于38.5℃时均给予氨基比林2 mg,肌肉注射;治疗组除上述常规治疗外还给予口服补中益气汤。从服药的第1 d开始监测体温及气虚的临床症状积分。结果治疗组在治疗后的第5 d开始体温明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,2组患者的治疗效果(有效率)相比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤治疗老年全髋关节置换术后气虚发热效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency fever after senile total hip arthroplasty.Methods 60 patients with qi deficiency and fever who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 20 to January 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given regular warm water rubbing bath.When the body temperature was higher than 38.5℃,2 mg of aminopyrine was administered and intramuscularly injected.The treatment group was given oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction in addition to the above conventional treatment.The clinical symptom scores of body temperature and qi deficiency clinical score were monitored from the first day of medication.Results The body temperature of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 5th day after treatment(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect(effective rate /%)of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective in the treatment of qi deficiency fever after senile total hip arthroplasty.It is worthy of clinical application.
