中医手法整复治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析讨论在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中应用中医手法整复的具体效果和实际价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者80例,按照随机数字表法将其随机均分为2组,每组40例,对照组行石膏治疗,观察组行小夹板固定+中药治疗。比较2组患者愈合时间、治疗前后尺偏角、总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,2组患者尺偏角无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组愈合时间低于对照组,尺偏角高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组和对照组总有效率分别为97.50%和82.50%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为5.00%和20.00%,观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中应用中医手法整复和中药治疗,可以改善腕关节运动功能,愈合时间短,整体疗效可观,术后并发症较少,在临床上具有推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of TCM-based manipulation in comminuted distal radius fracture.Methods 80 comminuted distal radius fracture patients treated from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took the gypsum fixation.The observation group took the splint fixation and Chinese herbs.The healing time,radial inclination angle,total effective rate and adverse event rate were compared.Results Before treatment,the radial inclination angle between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the healing time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The radial inclination angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).The adverse event rate in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM-based manipulation and Chinese herbs can improve the wrist joint motor function,shorten the healing time,increase the overall effects and reduce the postoperative complication rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
