参苓白术散加减结合生理性海水治疗儿童肺脾气虚型鼻鼽临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术散加减结合生理性海水鼻腔喷雾剂治疗儿童肺脾气虚型鼻鼽的疗效。方法将90例诊断为肺脾气虚型儿童鼻鼽患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例。治疗组患儿予以参苓白术散加减结合生理性海水鼻腔喷雾剂治疗;对照组患儿使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗。经过规范治疗4周后比较2组患者治疗前后症状、体征评分情况、临床疗效和血清免疫球蛋白E(即IgE)水平的变化。结果治疗后2组患儿症状、体征评分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组症状、体征评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组有效率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);2组患儿IgE水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减结合生理性海水鼻腔喷雾剂治疗儿童肺脾气虚型鼻鼽的疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with physiological seawater nasal sprayer in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with qi deficiency of lung and spleen in children.Methods 90 children with allergic rhinitis diagnosed as qi deficiency of lung and spleen were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The children in the treatment group were treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with physiological seawater nasal sprayer,while the children in the control group were treated with momisone furoate nasal spray.After 4 weeks of standardized treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result The results showed that the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The level of IgE in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with physiological seawater nasal sprayer is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with qi deficiency of lung and spleen in children.
