加味葛花解酲汤联合醒脑静对重症酒精中毒患者炎性因子及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的研究加味葛花解酲汤联合醒脑静对重症酒精中毒患者炎性因子及并发症的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2019年1月接收的重症酒精中毒患者80例,运用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取醒脑静注射液进行治疗,研究组采取加味葛花解酲汤联合醒脑静治疗。比较2组患者的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者治疗24 h后的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平比对照组低,血压、体温、呼吸恢复正常的时间、清醒时间及并发症发生率均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味葛花解酲汤联合醒脑静可以降低重症酒精中毒患者的炎性因子水平,缩短患者恢复正常所需时间,减少并发症的发生。Objective To study the effect of modified Gehua Jiecheng decoction combined with Xingnaojing on inflammatory factors and complications in patients with severe alcoholism.Methods 80 patients with severe alcoholism received from June 2017 to January 2019 were divided into study group and control group by random number table method.In the control group,Xingnaojing injection was taken for the treatment,and the study group adopted modified Gehua Jiecheng decoction combined with Xingnaojing.The serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-1(TNF-1),C-reactive protein(CRP),recovery and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-1,and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of clear time and complication was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined Xingnaojing combined with modified Gehua Jiecheng decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with severe alcoholism,shorten the time required for patients to return to normal,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
