中西医结合护理在青年脑梗死中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合护理对神经内科青年脑梗死护理质量的影响。方法本研究对象为2018年2月—2019年1月就诊的60例神经内科青年脑梗死患者,采取随机数字表法进行分组。对照组30例患者采取常规西医护理,研究组30例患者采取中西医结合护理。比较2组生活质量和护理满意度。结果研究组护理3个月后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可以提高神经内科青年脑梗死患者的的生活质量与护理满意度,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on nursing quality of young people with cerebral infarction in neurology.Methods A total of 60 patients with neurological cerebral infarction who were admitted from February 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.In the control group,30 patients were treated with routine Western medicine,and 30 patients in the study group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The health survey summary(SF-36)score and nursing satisfaction of the study group after 3 months of treatment were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with neurological cerebral infarction and promote the recovery of patients.
