摘　　要：妇科病术后发热主要由气、血、痰、湿等郁滞化热,以及气、血、阴、阳亏虚,阴阳失衡发热而致,此类发热往往伴有气郁、血瘀、湿停、痰凝及气虚、血虚、阴虚等证侯。中医药治疗妇科病术后发热,以“调气血,和营卫”为主,并根据证候泻实补虚,以活血化瘀、清热解毒、益气养血、滋阴清热等为治疗大法。湿热内阻证、阴(血)虚发热证及正虚邪侵证等为临床常见证型。湿热内阻证药用苍附导痰汤加减,阴(血)虚燥热证药用一阴煎加补中益气汤加生化汤加减,正虚邪侵证药用参苏饮加减,常获良效。The postoperative fever of gynecology is mainly caused by stagnation of qi,blood,phlegm and dampness transforming into heat,as well as deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,and imbalance of yin and yang.Such fever is often accompanied by qi stagnation,blood stasis,damp,phlegm coagulation,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency and other symptoms.TCM is mainly used to treat postoperative fever of gynecology,which is characterized by"regulating qi and blood,and harmonizing ying-wei".According to syndromes,it purges excess and nourishes deficiency,regards“promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxification,replenishing qi and blood,nourishing yin and clearing heat”as treatment principles.Dampness heat internal resistance syndrome,yin(blood)deficiency fever syndrome,and syndrome of healthy deficiency attacked by pathogens are common clinical syndromes.For dampness heat internal resistance syndrome,Modified Phlegm-Expelling Decoction with Rhizoma Atractylodisand Poria is often used.For yin(blood)deficiency fever syndrome,Yin-Nourishing Decoction Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction,Modified Engendering and Transforming Decoction are is often used.For syndrome of healthy deficiency attacked by pathogens,Modified Ginseng and Perilla Beverage is often used.Good efficacies are often obtained in this way.
