摘　　要：目的:观察复方扶芳藤合剂联合高效抗逆转录病毒(highly active antiretroviral treatment,HAART)治疗艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)气虚血瘀证的临床疗效,并探讨其安全性。方法:将48例HIV/AIDS患者随机分为按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,其中治疗组又分3组,分别为治疗组A,治疗组B和治疗组C,所有患者服用的抗病毒药物均为国家免费发放的治疗药物。治疗组在服用HAART基础上加服由广西中医药大学百年乐制药厂免费提供的复方扶芳藤合剂,规格:每盒6支装,每支装15 mL。治疗组A采用HAART联合复方扶芳藤合剂日2次治疗(复方扶芳藤合剂服法:每次1支,每日2次),治疗组B采用HAART联合复方扶芳藤合剂日1次治疗(复方扶芳藤合剂服法:每次1支,每日1次),治疗组C采用HAART联合复方扶芳藤合剂隔日1次治疗(复方扶芳藤合剂服法:每次1支,每2日1次)。疗程为6个月。治疗前后检测受试者血清CD4^+T细胞、CD8^+T细胞、病毒载量变化以及血常规、肝肾功能等安全性指标。结果:治疗后3组治疗组与对照组的CD4^+T细胞绝对计数均平稳提高,但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);其中治疗组A与治疗组B的CD4^+T细胞计数上升幅度均高于对照组,以治疗组B上升幅度最高。治疗前后3组治疗组与对照组CD8^+T细胞绝对计数均呈下降趋势,治疗组与对照组病毒载量检测不出的人数均上升。治疗组对贫血患者的血红蛋白水平改善趋势明显,且未出现肝肾功能损害等不良反应。结论:复方扶芳藤合剂可以提高HIV/AIDS气虚血瘀证血清CD4^+T细胞计数,提高贫血患者的血红蛋白计数。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Fufangteng Mixture in combination with HAART on HIV/AIDS qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 48 patients with HIV/AIDS were randomly divided into three treatment groups(group A,group B,and group C)and the control group.The three groups were treated with HAART combined with Compound Fufangteng Mixture twice a day,once a day and once every other day respectively,while the control group was treated with HAART for 6 months.Before and after treatment,CD4^+T cells,CD8^+T cells,virus load,blood routine test,liver and kidney function and other safety indexes were detected.Results:After the treatment,the absolute count of CD4+T cells in the three treatment groups and the control group increased steadily,but there was no significant difference between any two groups(P>0.05).Among them,the increase of CD4^+T cell count in the treatment group A and treatment group B was higher than that in the control group,with the highest increase in the group C.Before and after the treatment,the absolute count of CD8^+T cells in the treatment groups and the control group all showed a downward trend,and the number of people whose viral load could not be detected in the treatment groups and the control group increased.In the treatment groups,the hemoglobin level of anemia patients improved significantly,and there were no side effects such as liver and kidney function damage.Conclusion:Compound Fufangteng Mixture can improve the CD4^+T cell count of HIV/AIDS qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the hemoglobin count of anemia patients,the anemia situation,the clinical symptoms of HIV/AIDS qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and the quality of life of patients.
