活血健骨汤联合手术治疗塌陷前期非创伤性股骨头坏死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血健骨汤联合手术治疗塌陷前期非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法:密集抽样法选取2016年2月至2018年8月本院治疗的塌陷前期非创伤性股骨头坏死患者78例。随机信封法分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组给予髓心减压打压支撑植骨术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用活血健骨汤治疗。结果:术后6个月,研究组股骨头塌陷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月、6个月,研究组血清骨保护素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月、6个月,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:塌陷前期非创伤性股骨头坏死采用活血健骨汤联合手术治疗可预防塌陷,缓解疼痛程度,促进股骨头坏死修复。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Strengthening Bones Combined with operation on non traumatic necrosis of the femoral head at earlier stage of collapse.Methods:From February 2016 to August 2018,a total of 78 patients with non traumatic necrosis of the femoral head at earlier stage of collapse treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected by intensive sampling,and divided into the control group and the study group according to random envelope method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with decompression and compression and bone grafting.The study group was treated with Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Strengthening Bones on the basis of the control group.Results:Six months after operation,the incidence of femoral head collapse in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 3rd and 6th month after operation,the level of serum osteoprotegerin in the study group was higher than that in the control group respectively,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 3rd and 6th month after operation,the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Strengthening Bones Combined with operation has a remarkable efficacy on non traumatic necrosis of the femoral head at earlier stage of collapse,can prevent collapse,relieve pain and promote the repair of necrosis of femoral head.
