近十年中医药外治法在外吹乳痈中的应用

摘　　要：综述了2009—2019年中医药外治法治疗外吹乳痈的临床研究报道,其主要治疗方法包括:中医药疗法,中西医结合疗法,手法排乳配合药物疗法,针刺配合火针疗法,推拿疗法以及其他疗法。但是报道的大多是一些病例报道,辨证论治尚不够系统全面,具体某种证型的外吹乳痈采用何种方法治疗缺少详细的描述。并且,相对缺乏客观的实验室指标和临床观察指标。在今后的研究中,应在中医传统理论的指导下,运用现代科学的方法,进行严格的科研设计,探索更有效的中医药外治法,并逐步阐释中医药外治法治疗外吹乳痈的作用机制。This paper summarizes the clinical research reports of external treatment of postpartum mastitis with TCM from 2009 to 2019.The main treatment methods include:TCM therapy,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy,manual breast drainage combined with drug therapy,acupuncture combined with red-hot needling therapy,massage therapy and other therapies.However,most of the reports are medical cases,and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation is not systematic and comprehensive enough.The specific method of treating certain type of postpartum mastitis lacks detailed description.Moreover,there is a relative lack of objective laboratory indicators and clinical observation indicators.Therefore,in the future,under the guidance of TCM theory,we should use modern scientific methods to carry out rigorous scientific research design,explore more effective methods of external treatment of TCM,and gradually explain the mechanism of external treatment of postpartum mastitis.
