摘　　要：采用单纯针刺疗法、电针疗法、温针灸疗法、火针疗法、放血疗法、针刺配合放血疗法、针药结合疗法、穴位注射疗法、小针刀疗法、穴位埋线结合药物疗法、刮痧疗法、艾灸疗法等治疗痛风性关节炎能改善患者疼痛症状,并且治疗方法灵活。针灸疗法可有效避免口服药物引起胃肠道不良反应及肝肾损伤,具有操作简单、方便快捷,经济实惠的特点,可根据痛风发展的不同时期,采取不同的疗法。但针刺疗法也存在不足之处,该病临床证型较多,医者对此见解各不相同,针刺治疗选穴及配穴各有不同,针刺补泻手法也不同,针刺时腧穴定位各有差别,治疗方法没有统一的标准等。In terms of gouty arthritis,pure acupuncture therapy,electro-acupuncture therapy,warming-needle moxibustion therapy,red-hot needling therapy,bloodletting therapy,acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy,acupuncture combined with medicine,acupoint injection therapy,small needle knife therapy,catgut embedment in acupoint combined with medicine therapy,scraping therapy,and moxibustion therapy can improve the pain symptoms of patients,and the treatment method is flexible.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can effectively avoid adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract and liver and kidney injury caused by oral drugs.It has the characteristics of simple operation,convenience and economy.Different therapies can be adopted according to different periods of gout development.But there are also deficiencies in acupuncture therapy:There are many clinical syndromes of this disease.Doctors have different opinions on it.Acupuncture treatment has different acupoint selection and matching.Acupuncture reinforcing and reducing methods are also different.Acupuncture location is different,and there is no uniform standard for treatment methods,and so on.
