核桃云斑天牛成虫取食和产卵寄主选择的初步研究

摘　　要：为了弄清核桃种群云斑天牛对核桃树和桉树的取食和产卵寄主的选择行为,采用室内试验的方法,观察并记录室内核桃云斑天牛在桉树、核桃上的取食面积、刻槽数、产卵数。结果表明:在选择性和非选择性条件下,核桃云斑天牛成虫对原寄主核桃的取食面积、产卵数和刻槽数都极显著高于新寄主桉树(P<0.01),且短时间内不能在新寄主桉树上产卵。核桃云斑天牛取食和产卵更倾向于原寄主植物。In order to find out the host selection behavior of feeding and oviposition of adult Batocera horsfieldi on walnut and eucalyptus,the feeding area,nidification number and oviposition number of Batocera horsfieldi on eucalyptus and walnut were observed and recorded in the laboratory.The results showed that the feeding area,oviposition number and nidification number of adult Batocera horsfieldi on walnut were significantly higher than that on the new host-eucalyptus(P<0.01)under either selection or non-selection condition.Adults Batocera horsfieldi are more inclined to feed and spawn on their original host-walnut,but they could not spawn on new host-eucalyptus in a short time.
