摘 要:以坐果率相对偏低的澳洲坚果品种695#为试材,研究3种不同保果剂(爱增美、爱多收、芸苔素内酯)对澳洲坚果花粉活力、柱头可授性及坐果率的影响。结果表明,喷施爱增美、爱多收的澳洲坚果,其花粉活力分别为94.62%和95.02%,与对照(90.88%)相比,差异达显著水平;喷施芸苔素内酯对澳洲坚果柱头可授性具有一定的促进效应;喷施爱增美、爱多收的澳洲坚果,其初始坐果率分别为1.38%和1.06%,与对照(0.42%)相比,增加了228.57%和152.38%。Using macadamia variety 695# which has relatively low fruit setting rate as test material to study the effects of three different fruit protecting agents(Aizengmei,Aiduoshou and brassinolide)on pollen viability,stigma receptivity and fruit setting rate of macadamia.The results showed that macadamia sprayed with Aizengmei and Aiduoshou,their pollen viability was 94.62% and 95.02%,respectively,having significant difference compared with the control group(90.88%);and their initial fruit setting rate was 1.38% and 1.06%,respectively,increasing by 228.57% and 152.38% compared with the control group(0.42%).Brassinolide had a promoting effect on the stigma receptivity of macadamia.
