摘  要:采用离心喷雾造粒、手工包覆和固相合金化技术制备了NiCuAl/hBN包覆型复合粉体,进而以TC4钛合金为基体并采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了NiCuAl/hBN可磨耗封严涂层材料,通过SEM、XRD和马弗炉对粉体和涂层的显微结构、物相组成和界面扩散性能进行了表征。结果显示:NiCuAl/hBN粉体呈球状,主晶相为NiCuAl相和hBN相。NiCuAl/hBN涂层为典型的层状结构,各层间结合良好。随着温度的升高,涂层中的金属元素向钛合金基体扩散的速度明显增大。900℃时,扩散层中心出现了富Ni的NiTiAl合金区域。NiCuAl/hBN coated composite powder was prepared by spray granulation,manual coating and solid state alloying technology.The NiCuAl/hBN abradable sealing coating was prepared on TC4 titanium alloy by atmospheric plasma-spray(APS)technology.The microstructure,phase composition and interface diffusion property of the powder and coating were investigated by means of SEM,XRD and muffle furnace.The results show that the NiCuAl/hBN powders are spherical in shape and their main phases are NiCuAl and hBN.The NiCuAl/hBN coating consists of elongated lamellae and exhibits good banding between layers.The diffusion rate of metallic elements from the coating to the titanium alloy matrix increases with the increase of temperature.NiTiAl alloy region with rich in Ni is found in the center of diffusion layer when diffused at 900℃.
