摘 要:通过真空热压烧结工艺制备了NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)层状复合材料,并分别在750、850和950℃条件下进行退火。利用XRD、SEM和EDS对材料的成分及组织进行了观察与分析。结果表明,热处理对NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)层状复合材料结构没有影响,仍然保持热处理前的NiTi层、反应带和金属间化合物层(两相区)结构,但热处理改变了反应带的厚度,并促进了Al3Ni相的形成。Hopkinson压杆试验表明,垂直于叠层方向的抗压强度为1233 MPa,平行于叠层方向的抗压强度为1163 MPa;在垂直于叠层方向上,NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)层状复合材料的硬度呈现周期性变化规律,反应带处达到最高值,其次是两相区,最后是NiTi层和中间带,热处理后试样的硬度仍保持这一规律,但硬度值有所降低。NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)laminated composites were prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering process,and annealed at 750℃,850℃and 950℃,respectively.The composition and microstructure of the material was observed by means of XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the heat treatment has no effect on the microstructure of NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)laminated composites.The structure before heat treatment is still the NiTi layer,the reaction band,and the intermetallic compound layer(two-phase region),but the heat treatment changes the thickness of the reaction zone,especially promotes the formation of Al3Ni phase.The Hopkinson test performed on the specimen before the heat treatment shows that the compressive strength when the impact perpendicular to the laminate impact is 1233 MPa,and the average compressive strength when impacted parallel to the laminate is 1163 MPa.From the direction perpendicular to the stack,it can be seen that the microhardness of the specimen of the NiTi/(Al3Ti+Al3Ni)laminated composite reaches the highest value at the reaction zone,followed by the two-phase zone and finally the NiTi layer and the intermediate zone,the hardness has periodicity.And the hardness of the specimen after heat treatment still maintains this rule,but the hardness value reduces.
